LabMatrix AI is made by ShiningStar Technologies — a small Indian software company building one thing properly: the platform a pathology lab runs on, from the front desk to a signed report.
Most lab software is built for the big-city hospital and priced for it too. The labs we care about are the ones it skips — the single-doctor lab, the growing diagnostic centre, the small chain that runs on discipline rather than budget. They deserve software that respects how a lab actually works.
So we built LabMatrix to do the unglamorous things right: every result reviewed before it leaves, every rupee accounted for, every report something you are proud to hand a patient. Compliance, QC and a careful AI assist are part of the workflow — not add-ons you pay extra for and never switch on.
I am building LabMatrix from Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh — not a metro, and that is the point. The labs I want to serve are the ones the rest of the industry overlooks. I started this because too much lab software treats them as an afterthought: clumsy, overpriced, and quick to cut the corners that matter most in pathology. LabMatrix is my answer — do the work properly, and be honest about what we have built and what we have not.

Honest by default
No wall of stock logos, no invented “2,000+ labs”, no “contact us to find out the price.” Starter and Growth are priced in the open on this site.
Compliance is not optional
NABL / ISO-aligned discipline — the enter → validate → approve sequence — is built in for every lab, accredited or not. We say “aligned”, never “certified.”
The pathologist signs, not the AI
AI features are assistive only and reviewed by qualified staff. LabMatrix is workflow and information software — not a medical device.
Your data stays in India
Patient data is hosted in Mumbai and isolated per lab at the database level. We never sell data, and your lab stays the Data Fiduciary for its patients.
